A shy otaku named Onoda enrolls in high school hoping to revive the anime club, only to discover it’s been dissolved. He sets out to recruit four new members, but his routine trips to Akihabara on a sturdy mamachari catch the eye of a seasoned road racer who spots his unexpected speed on a steep hill.
