During a winter break training exercise, the UA Class 1-A students set up a fledgling Hero Agency on the tranquil island of Nabu, testing their abilities without any adult supervision. The experience quickly turns intense as they confront everyday challenges of protecting civilians, learning to coordinate and trust each other in real‑world situations.

Their resolve is shattered when a ruthless villain crew, led by the enigmatic Nine, attacks the island, forcing the young heroes to battle a threat far beyond their expectations.
