In a future where colossal, invulnerable war machines called Objects dominate the battlefield, traditional troops have become obsolete. The story follows Qwenthur, a budding Object designer, and Havia, a radar prodigy from a noble house, as they join the 37th Mobile Maintenance Battalion of the Legitimate Kingdom. When a routine mission goes awry, the pair find themselves and their infantry comrades confronting an enemy Object head‑on, forcing them to improvise beyond the limits of conventional tactics.

Together with the charismatic pilot Milinda and their seasoned commander, they travel across war‑torn continents, confronting ever‑greater mechanical behemoths.
